Originally released in 1995, Methodrone was the first Brian Jonestown Massacre album. Redolent with the spirit of Loop, Spaceman 3 and My Bloody Valentine, plus a fair dollop of the Jesus and Mary Chain, this over-70-minute record is clearly the sum of its influences.
